Welcome to the delightful world of Witch’s Chicken, a hidden gem located at 3250 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90006. Nestled within a bustling supermarket, this charming eatery promises an unforgettable experience centered around crispy, juicy fried chicken.
At Witch’s Chicken, the focus is on quality and flavor. Their menu features a selection of expertly prepared dishes, including their Whole Chicken, which is lightly breaded and fried to perfection. The chicken is intentionally kept in large pieces, ensuring that each bite is succulent and flavorful. The price point for this mouthwatering whole chicken is US$18.50. If you’re looking for something more portable, their Witch’s Chicken Wrap combines two spicy tenders wrapped in fresh romaine lettuce, red onion, and tomato, served with your choice of tzatziki, secret sauce, or spicy green sauce, all for US$11.50.
Wings enthusiasts will not be disappointed here. The 15-piece Half/Half Wings, priced at US$27.95, can satisfy anyone's craving for flavor. The Soy Garlic Mild Wings, at US$12.50, feature a balanced blend of sweet and savory tastes, while the spicy K. BBQ Mild Wings celebrate the traditional Korean flavor profile with sweet and spicy tones.
What stands out at Witch’s Chicken is how every dish captures the essence of comfort food. Customers rave about the crispy texture, tender interiors, and unique flavor profiles that accompany every bite. For instance, Oscar Garcia describes his meal as “delicious and crispy,” and encourages customers to grab their favorite drink from the supermarket aisle while waiting for their order.
For those seeking a fulfilling meal, Simon Lau's experience emphasizes the generous portion sizes that are perfect for sharing. He enjoyed flavorful wing combos complemented by classic sides like fries and potato salad. The inviting, cozy atmosphere attracts a diverse crowd, hinting at the restaurant's universal appeal.
As a food reviewer, I am particularly enamored with the boneless chicken tenders. Their golden crust pairs harmoniously with dips that leave you wanting more. And who could resist the K. BBQ and cheese snow flavor? A recommendation from another satisfied customer, goim kim, highlights how the creamy cheese snow balances the spice, creating a delightful harmony of flavors.
Whether you choose to dine in the charming small storefront or opt for a quick takeaway after grocery shopping, Witch’s Chicken lives up to the reputation of being your mom's favorite fried chicken place. Don’t miss out on the chance to experience these delicious offerings for yourself!
“ INSIDE THE SUPERMARKET!!! I had Boneless and Wings with KBBQ Mild Sauce and Seasoned Fries. Everything was delicious and CRISPY. I would definitely recommend :) since you are in a supermarket you can easily get your favorite drink to accompany your meal. Also please be aware it will be like a 20 minute wait if you walk up and order. It's like that anywhere. ”
“ My friend recommended this place for lunch. I ordered chicken tenders (small), paid and waited 15 minutes to pick up my order. I initially thought I would have it once I get home, but the smell of the chicken was so good that I had to sit to try it. It was fresh out of the fryer, crispy outside and tender inside. I finished a piece and picked another. After two pieces I was completely full, and there were two more pieces! This small chicken tender is good for two people!! The dipping sauce was tasty...and wishes there was another one! I recommend this establishment and would definitely return for more chicken tenders. ”
“ I tried a few other flavors from this place but Soy&Garlic wings are my favorite!! I would order spicy Soy&garlic wings for myself but mild Soy&garlic wings for my husband. The wings are well fried and then tossed in the sauce. 2 radishes comes with the wings of 15 for free. I pick it up after the grocery shopping at least once a month. ”
“ We were craving Korean fried chicken and discovered Witch's Chicken hidden away inside Galleria Korean grocery store with delicious KFC. They have a cute store front and brand highlighting the location as your mom's favorite fried chicken place. It was not wrong. I noticed while we were waiting there were customers young and old, couples, friends, single people that would either dine there or get take out chicken. They focus on chicken wings, drumsticks and tenders but there are also sides like fries, potato salad or Mac and cheese. We got the wing combo which includes 5 wings, side of fries and potato salad and a soda. We also ordered two drum sticks that were huge. The food was delicious. We got original flavor for the wings and the garlic soy spicy for the drumsticks. It was spicy. All in all, a good recommendation to satisfy your Korean fried chicken crave. Note the dining area is really small as there were maybe 8 tables adjacent to the storefront in a food court type setting inside the grocery store. One major plus, parking is free and convenient in this plaza. ”
“ I like my fried chicken boneless and they do it perfectly! Every piece is a perfect bite size cooked and seasoned so good. Love that their chicken comes with rice cake. Can’t get enough of it. Recommend K.BBQ and cheese snow flavor. When K.BBQ’s hotness kicks in, cheese snow will make it go away. ”
“ This is located in the basement next to the Korean market and is well worth a visit. There’s a great selection of different chicken dishes with a variety of sauces and all are delicious. If you’re in the neighborhood this is a place not to be missed ”
“ Ordered the soy garlic to go and have to say the crunch on the chicken held while I commuted for approx 20 mins. Liked the rice cakes that came with it to switch up the textures. Next time I would try for some more spice. ”
“ As someone not from LA this chicken absolutely blew my mind. It was INCREDIBLE. Cooked so perfect. I got the mild Korean bbq flavor and it had an amazing taste. This is the best chicken I’ve ever had in any form or style. ”
